Staff and Doctor very professional and though. Very disappointed SVS no longer gives out the cleaning kits. It was a small gesture that said a lot. Will consider going back to small private care provider where I get the feeling they care.

Love the service but can't get them to stop the robo calls . 5 times a week leaving voicemail telling me it's time for glasses is a bit much . I promise when I need new glasses I'll be in .

I had to get safety glasses for work one time. Now they call me every week and have for years. I block the number? They still make it through because they get unmarked as spam they fill up my voicemail box in a few months its ridiculous. I hate this company for telemarketing so hard that you cant stop them until you get a whole new phone number. Screw this company and their harassment. I will never come here for anything ever again. Id rather pay full price no insurance coverage elsewhere.

Called and made an appointment on the morning of 8/25/2025. They took my insurance information, and made the appointment for me at 12:30. I show up at 12:30 and they ask for insurance information and personal information again. No problem, give it right away. I just had a seminar at work where SVS is covered completely, so this is the place I wanted to go to. They then say that they can't get into their system, and that if I still want the appointment today that it will be an out of pocket cost. There was no working with me, no accommodations were attempted to be made. Just very unprofessional with how they talk to potential customers, one woman with short hair in a ponytail was so so rude they way she talks to customers its a wonder they have any at all. My wife and I will NOT be back and everyone we know will not come here.
