Total Vision Center

For the first time in over 35 years I see clearly. My eyes have never been 20/20. Apparently I would have failed a SOS eye exam, had I ever taken one. I had a rare astigmatism that no one ever told me of (that I recall) and no one ever corrected, coupled with a -3.50 script, I could not see well. The doctor here corrected everything and it's amazing how well I see. It's a bit challenging going back and forth for fittings but well worth it, they put in the extra time to make certain things are correct. First time I can see well, thank you!

I've been a client here for close to forty years. Dr Wyotta & staff are all top notch professionals. I've had very good results with making appointments, getting my glasses in a timely fashion, & having my insurance plan utilized.

Never been to this location but the one in New Baltimore is bad too same problems. They own both locations. The staff are incredibly rude, and they don't care about their customers well being at all. They do however care all about the money. DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you want the best for your family don't go here at all. 0 stars if possible.

The office staff and doctor are both great! The office staff is so incredibly kind and helpful! I ran out of contacts prior to a a family vacation that involved lots of swimming. Bob provided me a a trial pair to take with me, as I couldn't get in for an appointment until I returned home. The doctor is great, he provides you with as many trials as needed, until you find your fit.

I recently had an eye exam with Total Vision and got my first contact lenses through them. They were very patient and gracious to me even though my appointment was late in the day and learning to put contacts in and take them out was difficult and I ended up causing the staff to stay until well after their closing time. When one of my trial contact lenses tore a couple days later they gladly replaced it for me the same day without any hassle so that I could continue the trial. I was very satisfied with the service and would recommend them to anyone!

I have been to many Eye Doctors in the area over the years and Total Vision is hands down the only place I will ever go to now!! The Dr and his staff are so incredibly nice and so genuine and made me feel very comfortable being there. 10/10 would highly recommend!!

I had an appointment 8-10-2020, and at the time of making the appointment, the person in the office didn't state anything about having to wear a mask which I have medical condition, and I would not use there hand sanitizer because I'm am allergic to the alcohol that is in it. So I Put on the mask despite my medical condition and the office manager told me I wasn't going to be seen because I wouldn't use the hand sanitizer but then I called back and he told me that I should've had you just going to the bathroom and wash your hands but he didn't give me that option he just threw me out of the office. So not only are they not compassionate about their patients and their medical conditions but if you don't use their hand sanitizer you won't be seen either doesn't matter if you're allergic to it or not. Place is a joke. Beware beware!
