Made an appointment easily online. Once we got there, we checked in and sat for over 40 minutes waiting for the actual exam. Several people that came in after us were called in for their eye exam.

I made an appointment fast and easy on the phone. Other eye care companies had appointments too far out and another didn't even answer the phone. I met with Katie who was so sweet, kind and understanding. She worked with me on my insurance to get the best deal for both pair. The doctor who did my check up was wonderful and gave me good advice. I picked two pair of beautiful glasses and got them way cheaper than the previous place Id been going for years. Go here, you will be happy you did.

Amy at the Monroe Americas Best is absolutely AWESOME! She went above and beyond to make my glasses work for me! Since I ordered my glasses and it wasn't from their store, I've had nothing that problems. I have been in and out of America's best in Canton four times and then Trenton once. Stopped in Monroe to see what could be done and she took care of me immediately 100% satisfied.! From this point on, I will never buy from anywhere, but America's best in Monroe. Shanna also helped to address this issue and brought Amy on the problem solving.

Pretty awesome people over there, and especially good deals on glasses. The optometrist I met with was very kind and quite accomplished in his work, they always greeted well and I would recommend for those not covered by insurance for sure their 2 glasses and eye exam deal, make sure to choose specific glasses that meet the price though as the deal ranges based on the glasses.
