Dr Wagener is the very best. She takes her time and listens to what I tell her. She treats every patient like it's her only patient. Dr Wagener and Hope make a great team and I don't ever want to go anywhere else. I only wish my secondary insurance, which is Cigna was still accepted there. It would sure help me.

I will never recommend Dr. Wagner to anybody or your office for the treatment that I received. I called and asked them to her call me back as I had a few questions for her.
She refused to call me back. They said I had to make an office appointment and I said why is that so that she could bill my insurance cimpany. I have verification on my phone that they would not bill my Insurance Company or me so I drove 12 1/2 miles there and 12 1/2 miles home a total of 25 miles got in the office. She walked in the office, looked at me and said there's nothing more I can do for you and turn around and walked out. I only saw her for less than one minute. If this was her answer why did she not give this message to Suz and she could have told me this.I have no use for a doctor like this and I will not recommend her to anybody or your office
