I Have been going to Dr. Kylie for years now. And she has always been very professional, as well as sweet. And so is her staff She does give a very good eye examination because I were specialty contact lenses, and she always makes sure that they are fitted correctly and if I have any problems I'm able to go back without any worry so I definitely would recommend her. For anyone with eye issues or just even for , regular glasses I give her a five star plus

Dr. Kylee and the entire staff are so very friendly and knowledgeable. They do not make you feel rushed, and they spend quality time making sure you are well taken care of. They truly value you and your needs.
The office is very clean, and they sanitize everything before your exam.
When my sample contacts arrived, I received a card in the mail that was signed by the entire staff. Such a nice touch for this day and age!
Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at another local eye doctor. They rushed through everything, and it was extremely stressful. Fortunately, I found Visionary. I'm never going anywhere else, and I can not speak highly enough of the quality care I received.

Takes forever to get seen. They didn't let me pick out my own frames. They selected the most expensive frames for me. Gave me a total cost and they assured me that included my insurance discount. 2 pairs of glasses over $2000. I called the insurance only to find out they never filed a claim with them and charged me full price.
