I dont usually leave bad reviews, I'm 47 and this is my 3rd. I called to request my prescription, I told the lady that my glasses broke. I have an appointment with another doctor in 6 weeks and my contacts are drying out my eyes. I want to order a cheep pair on line just to get me through to my appointment. The lady said she couldn't give it over the phone because of HEPPA laws. I went in to Walmart 3 days later (because of my tight schedual) and requested my prescription and explaining my situation to her. She said that it was illegal for her to give me my eye glass prescription because it expired and compared it to a expired prescription for Vicodin. I Think most people know that its not the same thing to take an opioid drug and to wear your old eye glasses prescription for 6 weeks.
I have gone to Walmart vision for 15 years. Eyeglass prescriptions only last ONE year. My prescription has not changed in 19 years. Please be aware that this could happen to you before booking an appointment, and hang on to your copy of your prescription. Thank you.

After being a customer here for over 7 years, I have recently moved. When I called to asked to have my prescription emailed or faxed to me I was rudely told by a women named Paula "no we can't do that, you can come in and pick it up, but we will not send it to you". I guess they fear the fact that I may go elsewhere, well with just moving I have no choice. Just wanted to let everyone else who may consider visiting there, the kind of customer service that they provide.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Paula wasn't friendly or helpful on the phone and was laughing when I was asking important questions about my prescription. She hung up the phone. I just want to know what she is getting paid for?
