Everytime I go there the process is fast and staff are very respectful, friendly and nice. Dr. Biscette is the best.

I'm so grateful, they caught my eye condition in time and all of them were so helpful and professional, including the office staff, nurses, and Dr. And the injection I was so nervous. They made it so easy, and fast I was so thankful and it was painless. Had my 3rd injection today. My eye has improved so much it's unreal. They were all still very cordial, professional and sufficient no matter what test or who is testing, they're great. And Dr Biscette is great and doesn't take long, so I don't get anxious waiting. Thanks to everyone for the great care!!

When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and how may I help you. I registered for my appointment and within 5 minutes, I was called back to start my appointment. Diane, Krystal, and Steve were the nurses in the back that took pictures, checked my eyes and got me prepared to see the doctor. Dr. Biscett was extremely nice and answered all my questions and explained everything so I could understand.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr Biscette. He was also my dad's Dr & kept his vision until he passed at 90. He is always very courteous & thorough at my appointments. Also love his office staff!

I waited an hour and a half to see him. My son left me to go to his arrangement. So I was alone didn't know I was having eye surgery just thought it was an injection. I got confused with my right and left ( mind you I had a stroke a couple years ago) I right side barley work right so my brain is messy .and he got mad and said let's just make another appointment. I am upset with this doctor for dismissing me like that because I had time for him I waited an hour and a half set in a room for 10 minutes after that. I just felt like he's not good for me I need to have somebody that's good for me that's patient with me.

The experience with Dr. Biscetie was professional and pleasant. However waiting was NOT, it feels like you overbooked, because my appointment was for 10 am and I didn't get in to see the Dr until 11:30. This is one of the reasons I quit coming here - 3 hours for an appointment and most of the time is spent waiting.

Dr Biscette was very helpful in explaining my eye problem with a visual example. He also explained in detail the tests that would be done and the results of testing. Shane was also excellent on conducting machine photos and the fluorescent dye photos of blood vessels in my eye. I felt no discomfort throughout that procedure and had no after effects.
