First time in and can only give favorable recommendation! They were able to get me in immediately, and get routine eye exam and contacts ordered. Fairly quick appointment but did not feel rushed. Dr. Ratliffe was great! The doctor was friendly, non-judgmental and very knowledgeable in their analysis and was great at simplifying for me to understand my vision behavior better. All around great experience!!

Dr was great. My 1st visit. However, I only wear contacts and was told my insurance only covers glasses which I questioned because I didn't think that was correct. I had no choice and went through with exam. Only to find out I was correct. Now I have to pay out of pocket for another exam to get my contacts, which my insurance will cover!
