What a wonderful, quick, and easy eye exam! Renee was incredibly helpful and kind, she's the best!

I had a great experience this morning with Dr. Baldwin and all the staff up front! I was met with friendly faces and great customer service, both in person and on the phone. My exam with Dr. Baldwin was thorough and he gave me advice for my current eye needs as well as any problems I should look out for in the future. Very professional!

You should stop advertising that you take Medicaid. Just for me to try to make an appointment just to be told they don't take any form of medicaid for anything

Dr. Jason Baldwin and the ladies out front were amazing! The eye exam was quick and affordable. The ladies up front were awesome with helping pick out frames and everyone was super friendly! Definitely recommend

This was my first time getting a vision exam at Walmart, and I have to say I am very impressed! The staff and Dr were all very nice and accommodating. The exam itself was very quick but thorough. I definitely will be coming back again in the future!:)

I was just walking in to check on when I might need an exam to update my prescription. The beautiful Renee, whom has been here for almost 29 years, was more than helpful! She is the sweetest, as I was leaving, all I did was sincerely wish her a wonderful day, and she in return complimented me on being a "sweet breath of fresh air", made my day! The feeling was mutal Ms.Renee Just a reminder that these small pleasantries are more and more rare, and they really do impact us more than we realize

My previous pair of glasses (NOT from Walmart) were a disaster. The "close" focal range for my bifocals was so small I literally had to move my head to read a paperback book page. After getting no satisfaction from that place, I reverted to my previous prescription. This year my opthalmologist suggested Walmart. Renee took excellent care of me! She listened to my dissatisfaction with the other store, and did some searching on her computer, finally recommending some lenses from Nikon. She was even able to use the previous frames! About 10 days later I went in for the fitting, and the results are excellent. MUCH better field of view up close, and a lot better on my laptop. AND! about half the cost of the previous junk lenses. I am totally satisfied. I am taking my (also junk) previous sunglasses in to have her re-lens them next week. Excellent experience!!

I've gone to the Walmart Vision in Bay City and the doctors treated me respectfully and the prices are cheap. After moving to Mount Pleasant for school, I transferred to the Walmart Vision here. In bay city, I pay $20 for my eye exam but I am charged $45 for the same exam here because "the doctor sets the prices, not walmart." Why pay an extra $25 for the same exam when I can drive a little further and get better treatment for a lower price? And at no point do they tell you there is a price difference between locations. While the employees here are polite, they're extremely unhelpful. One of the doctors argued with me because I was considering colored contacts but didn't want to order/purchase any until I knew which ones I wanted. The man refused to give me any samples because "you wont be able to see out of them, they don't have your prescription, and they say DEMO along the side." Having purchased colored ones before, I told him I understood this and he still refused to help me or offer any consideration. Also, at the Bay City vision center, the doctor requires you to make a follow up appointment a week later to make sure the new prescription lenses are working good (no headaches, irritation, etc.) This doctor however, gives you an exam, over charges you, and sends you on your way. Don't waste your time or money going to this location.
