My issues are with Clarkson's "Eye Care Partners Central Billing"
- Overcharged for daughter's contact lens fitting ($142.80 should have been $60 copay),
- 2 months later (after multiple calls and confirming with insurance that no claim had yet been filed): "Please wait a few more weeks for processing"
- I've already waited 2 months (after we were overcharged in the first place). Extremely frustrated.
- Also fun that my solution: "refund me the overcharge, and then YOU wait 30-45 days." was somehow "not possible"
Our location in Novi, MI was previously Town and Country, never had an issue in the past, optometrists are nice to work with, too bad the corporation behind them sucks.

My experience was great from the moment I approached the store. There was a guy greeting customers and keeping them up-to-date with the store limit and when we would be next to enter. The tech (Sarah) explained everything she was doing when my daughter and I were getting our vision tests. Both doctors were great. Also, the eyeglass specialist (Nicole) was very patient with our decision making and super helpful. Both my daughter and I ended up ditching our initial selection for glasses and going with the additional options she provided us with.

The best experience is to purchase glasses at LensCrafter. I set up an appointment weeks in advance when I arrived there was no wait and the staff was amazing. Oddly my vision insurance was not popping up but the staff did not stop supporting me to figure out the issues. Additionally, the eye exam, doctor, and eye specialist preformed with a high level of customer satisfaction and integrity. The young lady who helped me select the right pair of glasses supported me in finding the best lens and glasses modifications. Thank you!!

I really appreciate the doctor. He made sure all of my questions where answered. This was the first appointment I came in with more questions rather than just update check for my eyes. I really appreciated that he came back and made sure I knew a couple different things as I was looking for lenses.
I don't remember her name. But the gal that helped me with the fitting and payment process was great. I could tell she was obviously new and double checking everything with another co-worker. But I'd rather have her take her time and make sure things where correct rather then rush through and not give me what I want.

The sales staff and other assistants were great.Jeff saved the day. I started to leave because of incorrect information concerning insurance coverage. Jeff is the main reason I purchased 5 pair of glasses and contacts. Unfortunately the optometrist seemed irritated that he had to administer my exam. He never greeted me when he entered the room. Definitely was a very uncomfortable experience with him.

It was an amazing visit, I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. Sarah showed me around and asked me a few questions I had my exam with Dr. Jeff and through it all it was just a good experience. After the exam Sarah help me choose a few frames and I ended up walking out of there with a new pair of glasses and I think a couple new friends. I will definitely back!
