I tried two other places before coming here, and I just found my new doctor. Dr. White was clearly very experienced, knowledgeable, and honest. He took the time to explain the basics of eye aging and care no other doctor has. The prices for the optional preventative services were way below other offices. Dr. White, Dwayne, and the front office staff, Rachel and Zenyra, were all very kind and patient. Highly recommend.

Dr. Andrew White and his team at the Novi location are great. Friendly, professional, good listeners. Routinely getting your vision checked can potentially save your vision from problems you're not aware of until it's too late to stop or reverse the damages. Dr. White takes the time to answer questions and thoroughly explain himself. This place is not just for getting a script for glasses or contacts.

I've been going for a long time and Dr. White is fabulous and today his team got my daughter, suffering from a severe stye, in an hour after I called! Everyone, Dr. White, Wayne, and Veronica made us feel welcome. So kind and polite, patient, and take time to explain everything well. My daughter said they were jovial elves (tis the season).

Don't let the advanced technology in this office fool you; it appears to be a facade for subpar clinical care. In my experience, Dr. White provides rushed, inaccurate prescriptions and relies almost entirely on automated machines rather than actual medical expertise. A major red flag: if you didn't have a "dry eye" condition before walking in, expect to be diagnosed with it by the time you leave as an excuse for an upsell.
The billing practices are equally concerning. They are extremely aggressive with medical insurance claims, seemingly looking for any reason to add charges. If you are a private pay patient, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere--the prices are high, and the quality of the final product is low. While those with vision insurance might have some price protection, the overall value and medical integrity just aren't there. Save your time and your eyesight by going to a more thorough practitioner.

I've been going there for a very long time and Dr. White is the best. He listens to you, very patient and goes over every test and explains it well. Wayne is awesome!! He is the sweetest guy, he explains everything in detail as to what he's about to do and always happy to answer your questions. Veronica is also a sweetheart, she is very kind and patient with me.
I don't know what more to say, everyone is GREAT and they deserve a 10 star or even higher.
Best place to go if you need an eye exam.
