If I could leave a negative star review I would! I just moved to the area. I made an appointment for my fiance and I two months ago they waited to verify insurance until two days before our appointment. They wanted me to call the insurance company myself to see if they were in network, which is their job and when I told them I didn't have time because I work 12 hour a day seven days a week and children and then it was her job to do so she hung up on me! Which is very unprofessional! When I called back to talk to the office manager, Diana did try to Make everything better but in the end, they did not take my fiance's insurance so we waited two months for an appointment for nothing when we could've went somewhere else. Again, Diane was wonderful. She did try to make everything better. But she shouldn't have had to!! I felt very disrespected and I've never even been there yet!

If I could give this office 50 stars I would. Dr. G is the absolute best. I have been coming here for a few years, but this year I've been here almost every week working with Dr. G to get contact lenses custom fit for my eyes. It's a long and tedious process. The staff knows me by name when I come in now. They're always friendly. Dr. G is knowledgeable, patient, friendly and overall a pleasure to work with. I have absolutely zero desire to get eye care anywhere else other than right here.

Eye Care Associates have been my primary Ophthalmologist for over 20 years. The staff is always helpful when selecting new eye wear with the new prescription. Dr. Macki is so nice and explains my eye changes thoroughly. They will always be my eye care choice!! If I had to drive for hours, I'd choose them over and over again!!

What a great experience with this GREAT Eye Care Associates of Owosso office. Right at the beginning I got greeted with a smile and they did not even ask my name. They knew me as a past client for many, many years. The assistant that did all the preliminary tests explained every detail, even though I had been through it for years. Dr. Maki as always was fantastic. Went over every detail of every procedure. He explained problem areas with great detail. Oh, and great conversation. I always look forward to coming to this office.

The eye doctors here are absolutely wonderful can not express that enough.... How ever it really takes a turn for the worse when you go in asking for help with glasses issues... I went in because they had to swap out my lens and I noticed the arm put felt loose simply went in to see if anything could be done and the lady helping me just said screws are tight nothing can be done I could walk over and find other pairs that do the same thing claimed she had been doing this 38 years and she wasn't blowing smoke at me.... Like lady I just simply wanted some help figuring out what happened why you got to be this way. Wish the staff was as friendly as the doctors however the Courtney lady that helped me previously was extremely helpful!! Maybe if you don't like what you're doing and you're just going to be rude it's time to retire
