I have been going to Insight Vision for about 8-10 years. I absolutely love this place. The doctor did his routine dilation and found excess fluid in the back. He was amazing and directed me to a neurologist. I made the call before I left his office but unfortunately I ended the day in the ER as I lost Most of my vision. They were able to drain some of the fluid until I could get in and they learned I had a disorder that could have costed me to have a brain aneurysm without treatment. Since this I have seen a neurologist who specializes in this but still come here for my routine eye exams and glasses. They have been amazing to me and always willing to help. I love all the ladies in the front and Dr is always remembering his patients by face which is a positive thing for me because I feel valued.

After I had problems with my original choice of contact lenses, this place was nice enough to order me a trial pair of another brand. When these worked out well, Char cheerfully looked up my new insurance and advise me on my purchase. She also offered to have them sent directly to my house for no additional charge so I did not have to take time out of a workday to get into Owosso to pick them up. I honestly could not ask for better service. I also want to mention the place is clean, well appointed, and of the size where you are seen, greeted & made to feel like a valued customer when you walk in the door.

The optometrist is the nicest person. He is gentle and very respectful. His safe are very knowledgeable and efficient at their jobs. The office is a new location but it is and has always been very clean. The selection if very good. I have been going to this office for several years and have never had a complaint. Very professional very kind people!
