Broke my glasses and had been to my doctor in September - no change in vision. They called the doctor and was able to get the prescription. Went in and picked the same type of frames. The glasses were ready in a few days. Picked them up yesterday and very happy with them. Whole staff very pleasant and helpful. Very satisfied.

I want to thank John, Pam. Dr. Laliberte and the rest of the staff at the Pinckney office for not giving up on me. My journey led us through several examinations, lens creations and trial wearing periods that spanned the entire summer. Every time I went back with difficulties, they reexamined the problem and set about to find a solution with the last making everyone happy. I realize now that I was probably one of their tougher challenges this year!
