The staff members were friendly and efficient. They found my insurance info for me, helped me pick frames (I have no sense of style at all), and most importantly - I feel that Dr. Morgan gave me the most thorough examination I've had, as she discovered a condition that had previously been missed by the big 'cooperate places'. They have a great team at InFocus and I felt well cared for.

Our first experience in March 2023 was really great. We felt heard, the office seemed nice and they had a good selection of frames for our children and myself. Spent a pretty penny on 4 pairs of glasses and left on our merry way. flash forward six months: One of our eight year olds came home from school with broken frames-- a playground incident gone wrong and the arm of the glasses frame missing. I called for replacement. They were discontinued but my daughter was okay with a different color. Not once was it disclosed that we would need the missing arm of the glasses frame in order to receive the insurance replacement frames. fast forward two weeks after that: not only did they take longer than they said they would to arrive (which was totally okay and understandable) but they then told me when we went to place our new lens into the new frame that we would owe 160 for the new frames (with a *20%* off discount for the "miscommunication") because the insurance only covered replacement with all of the parts. My eight year old has been in glasses since she was 9 months old. We've worked with MULTIPLE insurance claims ( because kids are kids ) and offices for glasses and have never once had this occur. My daughter left in tears and I left the conversation feeling misled and disrespected. All around a really disappointing experience.

PLACE was absolutely horrendous, gave me the wrong contacts and now I cant see, I would give it 0 stars but oh well. NEVER coming back

Staff are EXTREMELY CARING and VERY KIND!!!!!! They are VERY HONEST!!!!!!! Office is VERY CLEAN!!!!!! I Would definitely recommend!!!!!!!!! GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!!!!
