Dr. Stites and the whole team are very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. From the very start they show that they value your time by honoring your appt time and getting you in on time, total exam time is reasonable and no moving from one spot to wait at another and turning a 15 minute process into an hour like I've experienced at other Optometrist offices. Small team that takes care of you and treats you like a person and not a number. They also listen to your concerns and feedback and include that into their final recommendations. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a personal and professional experience to schedule a visit.

Dr. Stites is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time and care with his patients to answer every question. He makes you feel so comfortable with your optical experience. Love all the staff here too!

I've been a patient of Dr. Stite's for close to a decade, and I can't imagine ever going anywhere else. I love being able to have an ongoing relationship/familiarity with this office in a way that you can't with some random franchise place like Lensmakers of whateverTF. Stite's office is like the Cheer's of eye doc offices. They're incredibly helpful and friendly. I cannot overstate how much I recommend them. They always make me feel so well taken care of. Oh, and I'd like to add that I've had multiple glasses emergencies in the past, and they've immediately helped me with each situation. Broken frames, lens popped out, etc. They're always there for me!!!

Very polite and welcoming staff. Dr Stites is always so pleasant. My son has been coming here for a few years and I finally just switched from my other place. He listens to concerns and gives you all the information you need. Doesn't try to push things - IE: try a certain product type thing. I'm glad I made the switch.

Stites Eye Care is the best eye care office I have been to. The team is fully staffed with friendly and caring individuals who go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable during your whole visit, from checking in to picking out glasses/contacts. They take their time and make sure you leave feeling confident with the lenses or contacts you picked out. And above all Dr. Stites is amazing, he is very personable and truly cares about you as an individual. I highly recommend Stites Eye Care!
