Everyone is always so great here. Molly is absolutely fabulous when it comes to helping pick out frames. I always make sure she's around when I have to get new glasses. We love the Rockford location, the docs are awesome too!

Megan and Mollie helped me get my prescription safety glasses for my job, and they were so kind and helpful! The wait was super short and they made sure I left with glasses that fit perfectly. I highly recommend coming here!

Love this office! I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and my exam with Dr. Helms was great! They made picking out my glasses pretty painless and made sure I understood what my insurance covered (or didn't, boo). I would recommend this office to anyone.

Went in to get pads for my glasses very nice people. About five years ago, I went there. I had just started my job pretty much and had to have glasses for work and one of the workers paid for both of my pair glasses and said pay it forward. They were very awesome. That was great one of the greatest Christmases I had Because it was close to Christmas.

I love this place.. THANK YOU JODI she was so kind and patient helping me fix and adjust all my glasses.. they are all perfect now! Wow! This place rocks my world! Molly is amazing .. I showed up here without warning twice now with my favorite broken rimless glasses and in less than 10 mins they had my glasses back to me.. super clean and FIXED! I asked what I owed and Molly said nothing! Do businesses like this still exist?? Well I know one! Thank you Rxoptical and thank you Molly! Update: my glasses have that fish line deal to hold my lens in.. it sometimes breaks .. Rx Optical fixes them fast while i wait no charge .. and the glasses i got from them is my favorite that i can see the best with

I have been taking my kids to this location since 2016, all off the staff is welcoming and Mollie is a great manager, always patient and helpful. When my teen got contacts Megan and Mollie went above and beyond to help her get the hang of using them. They are very knowledgeable in how insurances work and what they will cover. Forthcoming and honest about costs.

I came in here to get my glasses fixed and was helped by Megan, who was the only one working. Although there were many other people there, she helped all of us quickly and efficiently and made me feel like I was a priority when it was my turn. I have never been here, but am planning on coming back now. Thank you, Megan! You rock!

Dr Helms and his staff were excellent! My new lenses are great. Exam and new glasses arrived way faster than I expected. See you next April. Thanks for the shammys and lens cleaner
