Hey JADA! I've been to VW for the past 3 years & they've always given me the most insightful information in assessing my glasses & contacts.
My most recent visit 1/14, I had the absolute pleasure in working with JADA! She made the experience fun and knowledgeable. She put everything in simple terms so I could fully understand what I was getting with my glasses order. She even did a diagram on my glasses to assist. She was also friendly to my 5 year old son which is always nice to see. Thanks for a great visit. Can't wait to pick up my glasses.

I can not recommend Vision Works highly enough! My entire experience, from the initial eye exam to selecting my first pair of glasses, was truly excellent, primarily due to the phenomenal staff and their top-tier customer service.
The optometrist and technicians were incredibly patient and thorough during the eye exam. I felt completely at ease, and they took the time to explain every single step and result to me in detail. As someone who had never gone through the process of getting glasses before, I was feeling a little overwhelmed, but they made sure I understood exactly what was happening and why.
When it came time to choose frames, the staff was equally amazing. They walked me through the different options, explained the benefits of various lens coatings, and never once made me feel rushed. They helped me narrow down my choices and find a pair that looked great and fit perfectly. What could have been a confusing process was made easy and enjoyable. Thank you, Vision Works, for making my first glasses experience such a positive one!

I've been looking for glasses for almost a year now. No luck. I went to Visionworks today and was assisted by Jada. I've never had a better experience looking for glasses, ever. She was pleasant and funny. I usually don't like to be bugged. I just want to look. She started pulling glasses down and every pair I tried on were something I would never have picked out myself, but looked better than anything I was picking. I ended up purchasing one of the pairs she picked out for me, and I've never been more excited for a pair of glasses lol. I told her she made my year, and honestly considering it's almost December that's pretty impressive. She is a beautiful soul and deserves the world. Thank you again, Jada! You really did make me so happy.

Great customer service!! Felt like my concerns were taken into consideration. All staff were pleasant & professional. The only reason for 4 Star review instead of five-star was due to lack of variety with MENS Eyewear ... need more colors, style choices as they all look the same. However, the women's and kids choices offered more in variety. My husband just hoped for more options.

If you park in the back you can access them as soon as you walk in. No need to walk around the mall trying to find them. They have a good selection of frames to choose from. The doctor is very personable and professional. The front desk clerk is polite and professional also.

I went to my eye exam thinking "It's a necessary thing so let's get this over with." But I left thinking " Wow! I'm actually glad I came and did this." The associates were friendly and efficient, as was the doctor. The doctor also made sure to explain to me during the eye exam what he was testing for and what my results meant. I picked out a pair of glasses and the associate, Sabrina, did a great job of explaining to me what options I could to have added to my lenses and made the process fast and easy. Overall, a surprisingly enjoyable visit.

It's kinda hit or miss at this location. It really all depends on who's at the front desk. Which is normally who checks you in and out. Today's experience was definitely 5! I've never had a issue with the doctors or anyone who actually examines you but the customer service is not always on point

I had a great experience here. I was able to make my appointment online which was a plus. When I arrived the staff was friendly and attentive. The Doctor provided individualized care and made me feel comfortable. He took pride in his work and I can tell he love what he does. He explained everything to me in a way that I could clearly understand. He answered all of questions and did not have me in the office very long.
