Always great service at all of the Henry Ford OptimEyes locations. But I will only go to the Taylor location from now on due to the service I get from Kim.
Kim is the person to go see when you pick up your glasses. Last year when I ran my glasses over with my riding lawn mower I went to see her and she told me they were not under warranty and went away to figure what the total would be for a new pair of glasses and two lenses.
When Kim came back she told me she had got approval to retroactively assign me the warranty as if I bought it from the start. This saved me several hundred dollars.
Today was just a simple pickup but as usual Kim was there giving great service because that is what she does. Genuine and efficient. Definitely an asset to the company, and someone I enjoy interacting with.

I ordered glass lenses and the tech didn't tell me it would take 4-6 weeks, glasses came in the lenses weren't right. Had to send them out again and now it's 4-6 more weeks they say they are a specialty lense I've always had glass lenses and never had this problem before. Needless to say I'm happy. I'll be finding elsewhere to go that has a lab in the store this is rediculas. By the time I get them, my prescription will have changed.And I'll have to start all over again.

He took the time to follow up, made sure I was satisfied with my next appointment, and even exchanged my glasses at no charge. I really appreciate the extra care and customer service. If you want people who care, listens to your words and don't want you to leave unless you have been heard. Henry ford optimeyes in Taylor is the absolute best. I had an eye exam and right after sat with one of the techs to get me fitted correctly for my glasses and she was very nice and didn't let me leave until everything was perfect. Taylor OptimEyes is the place to go for your eyes ! Also I was told it would take 10 days to get my glasses but i received them within 4 days . Amazing

Staff is super friendly and made me feel happy. They helped choose frames and the manager even helped rush an order since my current glasses were damaged. I ended up getting 3 pairs which is nice to rotate between having a pair to look professional at work and another pair for home and a third pair for running and workouts at the gym. No matter which part of my day, I have nice frames to go with my various looks!

My daughter and I had our yearly exam yesterday. We had such a great time there, I had to write a review! From the check in counter, the technicians who saw us before the doctor, the doctor himself, and Christopher who helped us pick out our glasses - EVERY SINGLE PERSON was happy, smiling, helpful, and FANTASTIC! We fully enjoyed our experience and are so excited to pick up our glasses :) Also, Christopher is awesome at his job! Even my teen commented on it multiple times after we left. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for and was very patient and so nice! (Funny too!)
