SVS Vision Optical Centers

I have to give at least one star, but they deserve no stars! My husband and I had an appointment with the Taylor, MI location today 10-5-25. A potential patient was only 8 minutes late for her appointment. The lady came out of a door down the hall and made it clear to the entire office and everyone in there that this young lady has to reschedule. The young lady did not make a scene at all and said I'm not going to reschedule. (I absolutely don't blame her!) The young lady left and I spoke up and said that was very rude and uncalled for. The receptionist said it wasn't the lady who advised this but she was speaking on behalf of the doctor (who is not in the office but on televised). I said well the doctor is rude and to cancel my appointment! My husband hearing me advised yup, absolutely they can cancel mine too. I advised if the doctor is late we are supposed to accept it at gave value and suck it up! I stated this young lady was only late by 8 minutes!! I said if the doctor can't give grace for their patients then I cannot see me spending our hard-earned money at this establishment and we left. They lost 3 patients today.

I'm so glad that I came to this location because I was able to meet Allison she is an amazing person and yes an amazing optician! She really knows her stuff how do I know this because I have optician experience she definitely loves her job she is great, the knowledge and professionalism she is a people person not many people are especially now a days. Thank you SVS for having Allison on your team!

Fantastic and efficient service! Marcie was great during my exam, and Maria was a huge help in finding my new glasses. I appreciated the convenience of having my virtual appointment with Amber and Dr. Webb online. Highly recommend!

I appreciate all of them greatly and the patience they had with me. There was a mistake made in my script, not from any of the current pple there. But they made it right. I'm grateful they listened to my concerns..

Absolute worst customer service, Was asked what my insurance was and while I was pulling my card out, I said the name of my insurance company and because I guess I sounded hesitant. She said I'm gonna need to know the exact name I can't guess.... If you're looking for compassionate care or an eye doctor that has any type of manners, this is not the place I would recommend

I had glasses make ,took,back2 times Had to go Specialist he recommended another specialist took approximately six weeks before I could get glasses made now SCV don't want to give me my money back for the first pair. I live on a fixed income I'm 84 years old. I don't recommend this place for nobody nobody they're incompetent. Thanks to the district manager Monica in Cincinnati while everything was taken care of she got me a ring got a rebate. Thank you very much she's great.

Eye exam went well, has taken much longer than expected to get my glasses. When I call for an update I am treated with rudeness. Sucks my insurance has me go there, much better service at other providers.

I thought the eye doctor was great! The receptionist was very friendly and helpful also nice, very helpful with choosing our frames, and glasses came back sooner then expected! And let me add I wasn't there long at all! I would definitely recommend SVS great place!
