Our family has been going here for years. My kids are always finding a new way to break their glasses and the staff has always been nothing but helpful and kind. Most of the time taking 3 kids to appointments is a lot as is and they always make the appointments feel much easier. They have a good selection of glasses and I have never had to wait long to be seen for appointments. 10/10 recommend this place for all ages.

I went in for my yearly, routine eye exam that is supposed to be covered by my vision insurance, but because the doctor diagnosed "chronic dry eye", they were "legally required" to submit the claim to medical insurance, instead of through my vision insurance, so virtually nothing was covered.
What should have been a $0 out of pocket exam turned into a nearly $200 bill, regardless of the initial reason for the visit. No adjustments by their billing department. I will not be giving them my business again.

The Staff at Allison Schulte Eye care are NOT attentive, and either don't know their job, or don't care to bother themselves to do their jobs. My wife and I ordered glasses and it took a while for them, to come in, when they did, Dr. Schultes son who is the Optician should have fitted the new glasses to our to our face and heads, he just handed the glasses to us and told us to put them on we did expecting him to adjust the new specs, he just gave a thumbs up, and said "they look good", Later while trying to read street signs, or read words on the TV screen, my wife could not...
First my wifes other doctors Optician had to adjust hers, and correct them, and Costco had to adjust mine, and add a nose pad that fell off.
Schulte Eye Care closes really early on a Friday, so they can have a long week end every week end, and I was left with no nose pad, thank God Costco is nice enough to adjust eyeglasses of all its members, for free, regardless of where they bought it.
Should be able to give negative Stars! One Star is too good for them.

I have always had amazing experiences with Dr. Schulte and everyone else who works there. I have been going there for ten plus years and I have never had a negative experience. They have an amazing selection of frames and the decor of the entire suite was great! Everyone on staff was extremely helpful with the process of selecting the right lenses for myself. Everyone in my family who needs glasses or contacts gets them from there and they arrive pretty quickly. I've always had overall positive experiences there and will continue to get glasses from them for a long time!
