Beautiful place. And the staff was kind. However despite many requests via email, I was never sent my contact lense prescription over the course of being customers here for 2 years. The request would go ignored in email conversations and was never acknowledged. During calls it was said they'd send it right over. It was never sent. Finally gave up. After a year of having a prescription, I could also no longer order contacts without having an eye exam. I've never had to update my prescription yearly to re-order contacts with any other place. Lastly it's just very overpriced. Me and my husband went at the same time (terrible choice) and got exams, both got contacts, he got classes, and was sticker shocked at our $2000+ after insurance. The breakdown for the bill was insane. Anyway... wonderful staff, but the business portion is not great, and having no frames cheaper than $250 really eats all your insurance coverage.

From my first phone interaction with the office until I walked out the door after my appointment - simply AWESOME! The staff is friendly, welcoming and professional. Dr. Schnurer is caring and attentive. No high pressure for frames or items that you're not interested in. An overall comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend!!!

Poor Cutomer service. They do not answer their phone. The woman that orders the glass for you is condescending, rude and unhelpful. Along with not listen to your needs she treats you as though you are unintelligent. The male doctor doesn't listen to needs. Poor communication. Been with them for 3 yrs, gave lots of room/time for "off days" not going back.

Incredibly charming practice with caring doctors and staff; personalized care plans with gorgeous glasses to choose from! Highly recommend!

Had an emergency and everyone was super helpful, quick and kind!

Was told a 3rd appointment was necessary in order for them to get my prescription correct. Wasted over $400 on a pair of glasses they refused to put the correct lenses in without charging me for an additional appointment and the lenses themselves. Was very disappointed in my experience here since it has such great reviews...
