The wait time to get into my appointment was a little longer than I expected. I had enough time to look through all the glasses and select a pair to purchase. I was happy that Dr. Huizenga remembered me from my previous appointments. I felt she gave me ample time and ensured that everything was well with my eyes. When I went to purchase my new glasses that process took a lot longer than I expected- since I had already selected the glasses I wanted I thought that would help the process. Michael the person who was attending to me, was visiting from another office and since he wasn't connected to the office system he had to do a lot of extra steps to get my glasses order. But he got everything completed. Originally, I was scheduled to go to another practice.But since I had so many issues last year. I felt it would be in my best interest to return to your office. I can honestly say that this was the best decision I made. My new glasses cost me a lot less than what I had paid last year and knowing Dr. Huizenga was aware of my previous situations, gave me a feel of peace. Dr Huizenga, is a gem and I couldn't be more happy with the service I received from her. I will continue to schedule my annual appointments with your office.

I really appreciated being able to get right in because I had an eye problem. I've been going to Grand Rapids Ophthalmology for close to 10 years. All the doctors are knowledgeable but my favorite is Dr Huizenga. Is knows her stuff. If you need an eyelid specialist GR Opthamology has the best!

It has now been one year since I started receiving care from GRO. I have had everything from eye exams, dilation to cataract surgery on both eyes and new lenses placed in each eye. Everyone I have had contact with, from the receptionist to my surgeon have been so nice, professional and great at their jobs. We will be here for a long time! Dr. HUIZINGA. is a charm herself. So lovely and kind and takes time to explain everything I had a question about. Thank you, for such a fine establishment to do business with.

Meeting with the medical assistant and Dr, Huizenga was such a pleasant experience. The medical assistant that takes you back was very knowledgeable and kind. However, one of the front desk specialist was very rude.

The doctor was great, super helpful and kind. The staff was also amazing I would highly recommend. They got me in and out quickly.

Dr Huizenga was awesome. Explains everything as she completes the examination. does a great job answering my questions. One of my best doctors.
