The service I received today was exceptional. The eye technician's (Matthew & Lucy) were so nice and professional. Dr.Gindzin is such a great Optometrist, great experience today. Staff very nice also.

Both locations are extremely unprofessional. There is no privacy, I heard every patient's name, birth date, as well as medical conditions. The receptionists at both locations have personal conversations that the whole office can hear. The wait time for the scheduled appointment was over an hour after the designated time. I have been to 30+ opthamologists and these locations, professionalism, and medical expertise are awful. Photo is where the doctor should be, but isn't.

This place is a joke. I wanted and needed (per Dr. De Wit) single vision glasses. The manager at the eye glass department (Jon) kept pushing bifocals. I don't want or need bifocals. Saw doctor in July and after two months (having seen again to check prescription) they still could not get the lenses right. What a waste of time and money. Very unprofessional and uncaring. Avoid if at all possible!

WARNING: WRONG RX and WRONG BILLING: They send wrong bills repeatedly, and this is a year later! After spending hours trying to correct this, and being told several times it is taken care of, I get another bill!
RX: Can't see out of prescribed glasses because exam was given by flashlight in a room where the lights were broken and I was told they won't fix them. Extremely stressful, wrong RX, no new glasses, but plenty of billing errors they will not correct! Spent hours on the phone! STRESSED to the max!

I booked in advance, and they had availability right away within 2 weeks. Scheduling was easy. Check in was easy. The seating area is comfortable, but I was also called in right away and on time. Lindsey was efficient and super pleasant and accommodating. Dr. Dix is incredible at her job and is incredibly kind and polite. I would drive a lot further than 2.5 hrs for this kind of service. She found my lattice degeneration in both eyes, took the time to thoroughly explain it to me in a way I understood, and they offered to schedule me for next year or to set a reminder. Incredible service, doctor, and staff!! I couldn't ask for more!
