This place used to be a lot better. The exam is still very thorough, However the staff is hit or miss and are un willing to work with you on prices even if you are doing a complete exam and purchasing more than just frames. I ended up paying for my exam fee even though my insurance covered it. If you don't mind coming out of your pocket for mediocre frames or have something going on related to your vision this is the place to go. Make sure to ask about your coverage on insurance prior to booking an appointment as well. So you don't have to wait to order your frames.

Highly recommend! The staff was awesome and friendly and the optometrist was warm and personable and caught a detail about an eye condition I have that I've never been told about in all of my 40 years! I also have state insurance and they have an AMAZING selection of covered frames. So many styles! I can't recommend this place enough.

First time customer (4/18/2023) and I must say it was a great experience. My eye exam was at 9:00AM and I was helped almost immediately. The lady at the desk and the lady who initially helped me were nothing short of fantastic.
Dr.Dudovitz performed the exam and was very thorough, kind, and covered all the bases.

Ordered my glasses in April, came back over a month later and I couldn't not see out of them. The manager told me I NEED to take them home longer and let them adjust. I've had glasses since I was 12 it shouldn't take more then a couple days to adjust not 3 weeks. Finally got them to listen to me and took over another month to get. I told them I want my money back and was told I couldn't because it was over 30 days. We'll no duh you've had my glasses this entire time! The manager of this place is rude. No one even offered to help me while picking out my glasses or even adjust them when

Big time scam of a place do not go here. You'll be paying tons of money for their exams/ appts and double that on glasses. As a new patient they didn't take the time to measure my face for frame either. Terrible service and they just want all your money.
