By far the worst eye doctor I've ever been to. It was my first and last time there. He had an arrogant attitude, was rude, literally rushed me through as fast as he could. I told him I have high astigmatism in both eyes. So he turned the machine to the highest setting for astigmatism. Got irritated with me when I couldn't tell him which of the settings I could see better from bcuz he had it too high. So when I got my glasses the prescription was completely wrong and I couldn't see out of them. It was like looking through a magnify glass. I only went to this eye doctor because my regular eye doctor was out of town and I needed a new pair of glasses immediately cuz my glasses broke. Totally a waste of time and money.

I had my first appointment today and I can't say enough about them. The office lady was so sweet and kind. The doctor was very fun and light hearted. I would highly recommend this office for all your eye care!

Nice people but I've been back several times to have glasses adjusted and she never once sat down and tried to get them right. I still can not see normally without actually holding the glasses on my face to the sweet spot of seeing.

Kennedy Optical has always been my go to for my prescription eye glasses. I no longer live in Michigan but after trying locally with poor results, I have gone back to them with the same great results as when I lived close by! Great people! Great service!

When Mom needed repairs on her glasses, Kennedy's people were very gracious and courteous with her. The glasses were repaired and refitted in just a few minutes. The cost was very nominal. I give them very high marks for quality service.

My family always goes to Kennedy Optical. Very friendly service and always there to help with repairs. Whether its glasses, sunglasses or contacts this is the place to go!

Apparently they don't follow their own operating hours. They claim to open at 9:30. 10:00 has determined that is a lie. If you can't be professional enough to open on time, you will lose more customers than me. Pathetic!
