Paid about 300 and something dollars for two pairs of glasses with one pair the lens kept popping out finally got it fixed only to get it back with a huge scratch right in the middle of the lens that they did not fix I might as well throw them in the garbage. go somewhere else, don't waste your heart and money like I did

11 weeks goes by and still no glasses! This will be the last time I get glasses from here! It used to be 2 weeks minimum! Wonder how long till I get my glasses! I can't even see! We people got bills you know! Since I don't have my glasses I can't drive! I have to keep calling Uber or lyft for rides and lose alot of money going to work everyday and home. It ain't cheap! I had use text to speech just to get this review out. Unbelievable! First they told me two weeks then delay it for another week then more and more weeks go by! I'm beginning to think they don't actually have a lab or they do but it's a scam lab! Worse place to get your glasses ever! Avoid at all cost! Let them go out of business! You think it's funny to let a blind old man suffer as if he isn't enough already! Shame on y'all!

Been waiting 11 weeks and half now for my glasses! Almost or 3 month now! Ridiculous! I believe they scam! Call up everyday they keep in delaying it! Maybe I should file a lawsuit! I spent over 500 plus!

I get my glassses here every year.. or used to. As of today , i have been waiting 7 weeks and 1 day for them to come in. Called the lab they said another 2 weeks ! Last week they said 1 week ! NEVER and I mean NEVER again here. It will be time for a new eyeglass script before my glasses even come in ! very UNSATISFIED customer. will be well over 2 months before they come in... Hopefully come in , grrrrrrrrrrrrr

Absolutely the Worst Place to Get Glasses! I had an absolutely horrible experience at this place. I was told it would take two weeks at most to get my glasses, but here I am, 3-4 weeks later, and I still don't have them. To make matters worse, every time I call for an update, they promise to call back but never do. The lady who helped me pick out frames was wonderful, but the doctor was a huge disappointment. If a doctor can't even tell the difference between regular glasses and sunglasses, I seriously question the accuracy of her prescription. I truly hate leaving negative reviews, but this experience warrants it. I spent over a thousand dollars on glasses, and they can't even tell me why there's such a delay or where my order is. Avoid this place at all costs!

Worst experience ever. I had an eye exam on 07/02/2025 ordered my gasses that day, was told it would be around 14 days from the purchase date,I figured few days more because of the holiday,called to check my status on 7/22 was told still being processed at the lab,I call to check on the status of them again on 7/ 30 was told that the frames were never sent to the lab never once did anyone from the the meijer store or the optical department attempt to follow up .WTH!!!!! Will have to try elsewhere.smfh

Very pleased with Meijer Optical in Waterford. Had the pleasure of Amber servicing me. She was very pleasant, kind, courteous and informative. Will be going back again when the next need arises and recommend others pay a visit too. During my visit today I noticed they had a special that provides an eye exam and 2 pairs of eyeglasses including lens and frames for around $79.99 + Tax.

Going on 6 weeks waiting for my glasses. Still no glasses!!! Would not recommend this place.
