I have been going here for years and the staff is wonderful! Very kind, and helpful and do their best to keep your costs low. They make you feel like you are a top priority and have pretty good taste in frames if they help you choose. Thank you Amber! She is one of the staff members I recommend if you need anything she is the one to go to. Thank you to the entire staff! I will continue to go to this location for all my optical needs in the future. Doc is very thorough and answers all your questions you may have. Wait time for appointment was quick and easy. Highly recommend!

These folk are awesome and good at doing their work. They did wonderful work and was able to get my eye to not hurt as bad. The examiner who did the eye test was fantastic at his work and was extremely pleasant and professional! Thank you so much SVS Vision for all you have done for me:-)

The staff here are the best, so nice, so helpful with a little fun sprinkled in. I have been to a few Optical Centers in West Branch but never have I been treated so well and my glasses turned out exactly right, unlike other places I have been to. Dr. Williams is kind and professional, he explains well.

They ask for you to come early, so I'm there as asked appointment time 10:00 am. I'm there at 9:15 wait until 10:15, there was only one person in front of me. Two others walk in after me with no appointment. But are taken back for there eye exam. Why make appointments and have people standing in your office with nowhere to sit? They can't afford chairs for there customers? Why schedule an appointment if that isn't considered at all. I recommend to just walk in no appointment needed. And much better service. I've never been to a business with an appointment and never even had the chance to be seen? I think corporate SVS should either make it a walk in store or say we book appointments but if someone walks in and is paying cash you can stand here until our earliest convenience. Just plain inexcusable! Good luck to the appointment setters.

Everyone was great!! From my first phone call to set appointment to picking up my glasses. They actually fit your glasses to you which is much better than them just handing you the glasses like they do at other places. Price is at least fair if not better. Would definitely recommend!!
