You don't even deserve this one star, I would give you a big fat zero for the worst experience I've ever had!! I've been wearing glasses for 40 years and this is the first horrible experience I had with your store! From delaying my glasses for a whole month, going from providing me with new frame to giving me an old frame on your display, to worst lenses quality I've ever seen in my life!! Got scratched after one week of purchase, going back to your store to fix YOUR problem and you acted like it's all me and you'll do me a favor to replace the scratched lenses, two days later the same scratch on the same lense on the same spot showed up!! Total scam!! Called your office manager, and she tries to claim that in her 20 years experience she never seen that claiming that polishing the lenses instead of replacing would alter the prescription! Well guess what madame! You actually did!! Scammers.worst products. Worst customer service. Do not go to this store.

I was very happy with the thorough eye exam by Dr. Leslie Lenahan. Perhaps it was because I was a new patient, but I was surprised that it took an hour and a half. I didn't even have time to pick out new glasses. I have every confidence in her.

Very relaxing atmosphere. Nice people. Doctor paid attention to my questions and offered suggestions.

My husband, Ken, has been a patient of Dr. Johnson's since she started practicing with West Branch Eye Care. She is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and explained her answers. The West Branch Eye Care team is helpful and friendly, too.

Dr. Lenahan is excellent. I have been a patient for many years. She's very knowledgeable, listens intently & genuine-highly recommend! Staff is awesome as well.

This was the best eye exam I've had. Kim was excellent setting me up to see Doctor. I will never go anywhere else extremely though

Always friendly and helpful! I recently went for my annual exam and found that my rx changed a little, so I decided to order another pair of glasses. The super nice lady who helped me offered additional colors (which I chose) and reminded me that I had a warranty on the current pair I own that has a small crack. I would have just settled for the same color and would have thrown out the other pair once the crack was too bad. They also offered me a discount for pre-paying. The exam was fast and the doctor is great. She's SO friendly and knowledgeable. The first intake women could have explained the crazy tests a little better. I felt like that part was rushed, but it's probably because she saw no cause for concern.
