I have always had such a wonderful experience at Henry Ford Optimize in Westland on Central City. The front desk is friendly, professional and very proficient. They always accommodate appointments and glasses are a fast turn around. The facility is very clean. Adjustment/depense dept also gets you in fast and does an amazing job. Coco was my absolutely amazing tech and she was very relatable and just a beautiful soul (wish I could give her 100 stars)You can tell the folks at this facility love their job and it shows. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone for all of your eye needs. Wish I could give 10 stars.

Listen guys...I've been wearing glasses and contacts since I was 6. I'm 39. This is the first time I've had excellent service from start to finish. The 4 people I had were awesome. Everyone was knowledgeable. Even though I was the last person there, I didn't feel rushed. Coco was excellent. She is totally made for that job. So glad I chose this location.

The reception staff is very courteous and will go above and beyond to help you, confuse about insurance and coverage no worries they will print out all the details for you and I was really pleased to see that I can finally understand what is covered and when will it be due again, truly appreciated. The tech staff was also very humble and patient and well trained too, my dr. made me wait a little longer but again she was expecting and I am kind so no worries, apart from that she greeted me well and apologized for being late, she was very knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this place ti everyone.

This location is super professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone from the front desk the lady who acknowledges you (that we will be with you shortly) assistants (kind and welcoming), and who names I don't recall ordered my contacts lens (smile).
Ms. Emily assisted me with eyeglasses, we even had good conversation and laughter. Dr. Amina provided useful tips for my eyes at home. I appreciate this kind service. Pleasant experience, thank you!

Saw Dr. Gill for both of my daughters for an exam. She is incredibly friendly and excellent with children. She is very thorough and explains the diagnosis in layman's terms. The consultant who worked with our girls to find frames that would best fit them and express their personality. Could not have been happier with the results and experience. Highly recommended!
