Dr Bulos is absolutely amazing! I've been seeing him for 13 years now and I highly doubt I see another eye doctor anytime soon. He and his team are always attentive, caring and provide my family and myself with the best eye care possible. The office atmosphere is always welcoming and the staff is always happy to help with any questions or concerns you may have as well. I'm thankful to have found such an awesome doctor!
This was absolutely the best eye appointment I have ever experienced. Everyone was just lovely to us. The doctor was professional, extremely good at his job, and also very kind. The front desk was so helpful in finding the right glasses for my son. I would (and did) send my own mother there!
I usually don't waste my time writing Google reviews because I'm too busy. This place, however, managed to piss me off enough to justify spending 10 minutes of my time.
I came here because they're local and had decent reviews. After my experience, I'm convinced those reviews are either outdated or written by people who don't know what competent service looks like.
The eye exam with Bola was excellent and the only moment during this entire process where someone appeared qualified to be doing their job. Everything after that was an embarrassment. The employee who sold me my glasses was lethargic, barely communicative, and somehow skipped the most basic requirement of selling prescription eyewear: taking measurements. I genuinely have to ask--was he impaired or just completely uninterested in doing his job?
A week and a half later, I picked up my glasses from someone I later learned is the office manager (I believe his name is Jeff), which honestly explains a lot. This guy needs serious training in customer service-no eyes contact, no couth , and was dressed like he just left a construction site. So put on the glasses and they felt wrong immediately, but I know new prescriptions can take a day or two to adjust to, so I gave it some time.
After a couple of days, they were still clearly wrong. I was seeing double when looking at my phone or anything up close. That's when it finally clicked: my eyes were never measured. Not once.
When I called to address this, I spoke to the same lethargic employee, who claimed the system "shows" measurements were taken. That is flat-out false. I was told the office manager, Jeff, would call me back. He never did. Apparently, once they've taken your money, accountability no longer applies.
If this is the level of oversight, training, and management happening here, it's honestly alarming that they're allowed to sell prescription eyewear at all. Sloppy, dishonest, and completely unprofessional.
If ownership is paying attention, you may want to ask yourself how glasses are being sold without measurements and why your "management" disappears the moment a customer raises a legitimate issue. Until then, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
Excellent experience. Very attentive staff, easy to make an appointment, and Dr. Bulos gave me the most comprehensive eye exam I've ever had. Very pleased with the quality of care.
Nice people, clean and organized office, great service. Dr. Bulos took his time, and answered every question that I had. I have a fairly uncommon contact prescription, and I was surprised that they had TWO different samples for me to try.
Staff seems to turn over very fast, which is never a good sign, and one member was downright rude to me last time I went in. Constantly making minuscule and seemingly pointless adjustments to my prescription lenses, I wonder why! Be prepared to drop the cost of a new PlayStation 5 on "nice" frames, which still likely won't fit and will fall apart in 2-3 months. If you're not, then cardboard cereal box 3d glasses from the 90s may actually serve you better than the frames your insurance will pay for. I'll stick with SVS even if I have to wait 3 months to get an appointment.
Dr. Bulos is terrific! Everyone was helpful and very pleasant. Nobody was trying to upsell me. I went in for an eye exam, contact lenses and a basic pair of glasses. I left with exactly what I went there for and never felt pressured to buy a bunch of stuff that I don't need.
Very friendly, Geat service, they involving you in the exploration of your personal eyes and understanding them.... I use glasses in competitive sports. Sports optics, for those who compete. a great experience.
