My husband and I have been patients here for almost three years and couldn't be happier. Recently when an eye issue kept me up through the night, I called in the morning and they got me in first thing. Exceptional care and service! If you're looking for a new eye doctor, look no further!

I've been a patient for 3 yrs and have had nothing but great care & service. I even had an infection in my eyes and Dr Robert Anderson saw me urgently to evaluate and treat it. I was so appreciative.

I found this clinic while looking for optical stores near me in Apple Valley. After parking and was walking into the building, a gentleman also heading in greeted me warmly and opened the door for me. He was dressed in scrubs, so I asked him if he knew where the clinic was. It just so happened that he was the Doctor of the clinic I was looking for and led me right in. He asked me how he could help me, and directed me to the front desk just a few steps away, and his assistant took my information in order to start a file for me. While she was doing that, he took the time to help me find what I was looking for. I was shocked and amazed, as this just doesn't happen often in the otherwise large corporate owned clinics I usually go to. From start to finish, he helped me find, order and pay for exactly what I wanted. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and more. I will absolutely return in the future, and highly recommend this small, private practice, locally owned and operated!

Our family of four all went into the AV location for eye exams and new glasses. Great service from the exam to help picking out frames. All the staff provided excellent attention and care for our eyes.Dr Robert Anderson,Aiyla, & Bobbi Thank you. We will be back!

I love the customer service, and the eye doctors! They are very thorough and caring. They explain test results, and make sure they help the best way they can. It is a wonderful company! I make one request, that you please offer more colors than black for those who have a limited selection and limited money. Thank you all for your wonderful service.

Wonderful bedside manner, friendly and competent doctors who listen snd do a good job taking care of their patients. So glad to have them.

I don't ever write reviews but I just had to as advanced family eyecare has the most rude front desk worker I've ever met. She just had to pull in front of me in the parking lot to get her front row spot in. Completely cut me off when I was pulling in and she was "shooing" me away. I was in shock for 5 minutes straight at her unkindness before I was finally able to walk in. I am very pregnant with a toddler, and because of her I had to walk far to get into my appointment because she "just couldn't give up her spot". I thought workers were supposed to allow customers the front spots in the parking lot? Anyways, I'm telling everyone I know NOT to go to this place.

Dr Anderson is thorough and an expert at what he does. He also will not try to sell you anything that you don't need or pressure you into new frames. I trust Dr. Anderson with my vision.
