I unfortunately did not receive wonderful care. They really didn't check my eyes very well and when I went back a second time and got a different doctor he didn't even look at my eyes even though my prescription didn't seem right. I would never recommend this group. I saw them a little over a year ago in they invited me back. Absolutely not. I hope they have improved.

Need a cheap eye and contact exam?.. This is your place! Looking for subpar customer service with cashiers that act as eye care professionals and take the liberty to give you products your eye doctor did not prescribe, and therefore you cannot order? Needing contacts in a hurry? Better be prepared to make 5 trips and countless phone calls to order contacts, it should only take you about 3 plus weeks to complete your transaction. Last but certainly not least, Gonna need a copy of that receipt for your insurance? Make sure to plan ahead because it will take weeks to get. So if any of the above peak your interest when looking for a eye exam, then this is the place for you! However, if you are looking for quality customer service you can count on because honestly, why should that matter when it comes to your vision? Maybe consider you get what you pay for. After visiting Hadden eye care for my last 3 eye exams, I am better off going literally ANYWHERE but this place.
