Associates In Eyecare

First time I saw them in January of 2025 they were awesome. They got me in quick to deal with a vision problem I was having. Saw them a month ago for a diabetic exam and complained about symptoms returning. Was recommended an OTC brand eye drops. Now condition has progressed to what it was 11 months ago. To get a prescription eye dop I need to pay for another appointment less than a month later. Just average eye clinic making sure sure do Bill for everything possible. Not so impressed anymore.

I was assured a few times the eye doctor I would see, would understand and help me get proper prism glasses. From a different eye doctor/clinic and patient. As a patient, you can only lead a doctor to water, by informing them of so much lived-experience and other doctor's mistakes. I am exhausted by healthcare in general. My income is incredibly limited and because of not being heard, I am out $200 for glasses that certainly don't have the right prescription and now I am expected to pay for another appointment and more glasses. We all don't have doctor incomes.

This place is the best!! I forgot to bring contacts from home to the cabin. I had my eye Dr. fax them a script and they gave me 5 contact samples to get me by. They did not charge me and were so kind and helpful. If I lived here this would be the place I would go!!

This place is amazing! My wife made me go in for a check up I hadn't been in my entire adult life, So we went, Upon arrival we were greeted by kind faces, a clean environment and a very knowledgeable staff. I did indeed need glasses for the first time in my life. Nervous how I would look in them I was very happy to find out that the lady up front was there to help show me all the various options. This turned into a very pleasant experience as she did an amazing job explaining what the differences in frames and fitment would be like! Very nice and patient as I was getting to be very particular for my first Pair. I actually had fun going to my eye appointment! Thanks Every one at Associates In Eyecare! ps Don't waste your time and money looking at virtual glasses online when you could go here and actually try them on! Then have them fitted to you so they are comfortable to wear!

This group is amazing!! I've been wearing glasses 15 years and lived in several places in that time. I wear trifocals and this is the only place that has gotten it right every time! Their attention to detail is impeccable. If you want the right glasses with the right prescription for the right price go to associates and eye care!! We drive an hour adjust to go to them.

Associates in Eyecare are amazing. The office is very clean, professional and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. My new glasses fit perfectly and I love them. I would recommend this office to anyone in need of eye care! Thank you!!

My glasses were run over by a 4 wheeler while on vacation. The lens were not broken but the frame was bent and the lens were popped out. I brought my lens and frame into Associates in Eyecare Friday morning. The lady said she would see what she could do. My sister-in-law and I were not sitting more than a few minutes and she had the lens back in and the frames straightened out so I could wear them until I got home. and NO CHARGE!! Awesome service

Called to get in today because I could not see out of my left eye. The front desk person could not get me in to see anyone for a week. Not sure if they have a system to help people with urgent care needed.
