The women who work there are usually really nice but there is a guy who is very rude, his customer service skills leave something to be desired. Overhead a conversation about not getting notified for glasses or something and the person was td that they contact you once. Poor customer service in my opinion sometimes people need a reminder call. Never will I go there again.

My glasses broke and were not repairable. I was thinking I would be destined to look like Revenge of the Nerds with duct tape for the rest if my vacation but they saved the day. They took my insurance, Eye Med and found frames that fit my existing lenses in a style and color that works for me. I appreciate that they took the time to hunt down the right sized lenses for me; saving me time and aggravation. This was a good experience. Thanks!

We have been going to this family owned business for decades. We are on the second generation now! We always have complete and thorough eye exams. All the tests we need for glaucoma monitoring and other diseases of the eye are done with patience and care. If we don't need a lens change they don't give us one. Our insurance is easily handled, they file for us! All of the ophthalmologists we've seen there have been kind, friendly and skilled. They have a wide range of frames, prices and selection. The office staff is so helpful with selection of frames, helping you find just the right ones. They are so accommodating when it comes to repairs and adjustments of frames. We couldn't ask for better service.. nice local family to do business with!

I will not go to Pearl Vision again. I had an issue with my frame of my glasses and went to see if they could help me get it fixed. It was past the warranty but she told me there was nothing they could do other than me buying a new set of frames. I told her I have an upcoming eye exam and didn't want to get a new frame if Mt prescription could change. The frames are over 200.00 I went to another local eye care and she fixed them to help me until my eye a. Thanks for trying to get me to spend 200 that wasn't necessary!! Bad business
