My 71 year old mother went in to get some things done before and after her cataract surgery. She mentioned to me that the staff were all very obviously sick, coughing & hacking without masks on or anything. My mom caught a cold shortly after the visits with a bad cough. Pretty sure we know where that came from....... Oh and as others mentioned the wait times were LONG. Which makes it even worse that the employees weren't masked up... Not to mention that the older people they serve are an at risk/often immunocompromised population. Really bad look for a clinic.

Extremely poor customer service. I live 45 mins from the area and was running a few minutes late for my appointment. Called before I left my home. I was told it would be fine to come on in for the appointment. I arrived within 15 mins of my appointment. Upon arrival, the girl at the front desk, dressed in a camo thermal shirt looking very unprofessional, said I never called ahead and she is the only one that answers the phone. No apology and no concern and definitely not a good fit in any capacity for the healthcare industry. She then proceeded to go ask the doctor if she would see me and the doctor declined as she was going to lunch and didn't want to miss it. I would have just rescheduled if I would have been informed it was going to be an issue. Poor communication and even poorer customer service. I would not recommend this business and will make sure to share my experience with anyone that I can. As a business owner myself there will be numerous people to share this with.

My husband had a follow up eye appointment at Great River Eye Clinic in Baxter. The appointment was made 11/10/22. His appointment was for 10:35 this morning. He just LEFT the clinic at 12:54 p.m. SOMEONE over scheduled!

You better have a lot of time on your hands if you use this clinic. We are currently at about 2.5 hour wait to see the eye doctor for a regular scheduled checkup.
