I just wanted to thank Jessica from the eye clinic at the Baxter Walmart. I was out of town for a bachelorette party and went to put my contacts in, and one was missing from the case. All of the local (Crosslake) eye clinics were closed on Saturday, so I thought I'd call this location to see if there was anything they could do. I explained the situation I was in, and Jessica was more than willing to help. We went over my prescription and thankfully they had my prescription in stock. When I got there, the staff was very friendly & quick to greet me. Thank you so much for all of your help this past weekend.

I was taken care of quite well. And my eye exam was top notch. I was more than impressed with my service and I would highly recommend anyone to this vision center. I had a terrible experience at my last eye examination. And my Optometrist here fixed my issues instantly. Even with covid he listened to me and found the prescription I needed for my eyes. I honestly have no complaints whatsoever.

Wrong prescription and the girl in the vision center refused to fix it!!!! I see perfectly with one lense, but the other one is SO oblurry. I will NEVER go to this vision center again!!!! Unbelievable how that Walmart Visionwill not make this right! I will have to go elsewhere and pay again for what should have been done right in the fist place! Bought Progressive lenses, frames, and single sunglass lenses.

I don't like the word hate, but the quality of the eyewear is very poor and I would not re ommend this product. My glasses came to me with a manufactrer defect that split the lenses down the middle in less than 2 years. They only warranty for 1 year. The manager said she sees this a lot. I chose a different vision center to fill my new prescription and asked them if they see this a lot. They said it was rare. This speaks to the quality of Wal-Mart's glasses. The customer service was of the same quality when I asked for assistance with this problem with their product.

Very low with me. I'm ready to leave and go look for a different optical. I made an appointment for 9:00 a.m. , when they open and the lady told me let's make it 9:20 it takes a few for the computers to open. I drove in all the way here and only for this reason to find out they double booked and won't see me until 10:00. I am very unhappy and very dissatisfied with Walmart optical in Baxter.
