I will not be coming back after this appointment. They are very misleading company. I asked if it was possible to know my out-of-pocket cost upfront before the appointment so I can make a decision if I could afford to pay for it or not and they told me that my co-pay should only be $10 and that they can't tell me the upfront cost for any of it until after I finish the appointment. only to find out that my insurance doesn't actually cover anything which should've been told ahead of the appointment so I can make the decision to go through with it or not, but they told me that was not possible so then I was held liable for the cost of everything I recommend going to Pearl vision or one of their competitors they both have given me much better service. They're much more forward about the cost of each thing they're upfront about it all I will not be coming back here at all and I highly recommend you don't either. I watch multiple customers come in with the same thing they're asking for the estimates they wanna know upfront cost only to be told they can't give it and then they're held liable for a major amount after the appointment. There is no communication and it is becoming fraudulent. Will probably reach out to my insurance company and let them know this happened.

This is not the exact location ... It's the one the phone brought me to. I wish I had never gone to America's Best It's been a complete nightmare since day one. Almost 6 weeks of my life wasted trying to get glasses to work. They claim you get what you pay for and They are right. I paid for cheap and I got cheap. Just need another year before my insurance will let me get a new exam somewhere else. Every time I've gone into one of your locations I've been disappointed. This time I left more than disappointed. I left doubting my life choices and wishing that I had not made this choice. If you ever feeling good about yourself go to America's Best they will rip you down

This is the worst experience I have ever encountered at this location! I spent over 2 and a half hours arguing with the GM over money I paid after multiple mistakes were made.I was treated with disrespect, the iwhatsoever! wasnt resolved after paying over $375.00, 2 1/2 hours later,walking out ,demanding my refund, upset over everything.I was in the right,and she was in the wrong point proven by ordering online instead! If this is how customers are handled and treated she should be fired hands down!No customer service or salesman practices whatsover!Needless to say I will not ever return to this location ever!

No sure if ill go here again i just didn't really care for the customer service just didn't really feel welcomed. Usually I follow the people to the room but they weren't even leading me to where I need to go and I've never been to this location or even eye doctor. Saw the doctor on his phone in another room don't think it was his room.

I've had to return 4 times to get my new glasses correct, and during the last visit the manager told me this was the last time because she was going to get in trouble with her boss even tho the mistakes have been made by them. The way this lady talks to and belittles her employees right in front of customers has made me extremely uncomfortable during each visit, and I can just feel how toxic this worker makes the environment. It's so sad to see employees get treated this way, especially in front of paying customers. Extremely unprofessional in my opinion, and will keep me from returning here in the future.

My experience at America's best was amazing.... Big shout out to Pam and Stacy for the help I received when I needed it. Very friendly and knowledgeable, the absolute best visit I have had in the 10 plus years I've been a customer. Thanks again!

These people were great.My eyes were being so difficult.I even had to go get a second prescription from another eye.Doctor because it just wasn't working here.But they were more than willing to fix the glasses I had got because I spent like, you know, five hundred dollars on them.But they were more than willing to fix them, which was great.And now I can finally see. XD

I don't love picking out new glasses and get my peepers examined, but major shout out to Sam and Stacy for always making the experience so easy and FUN. I hope I can visit with them again in 2 years This is a nice place to find glasses without breaking the bank too.
