This was my first visit. My insurance changed and this was an in network provider. Love that there was an option for eye dilation. They have a camera that looks into the eye with better results. My insurance didn't cover that cost of the visit, but the $35 charge was worth it for me because my eyes stay dilated for several hours after the drops are administered. Dr Chad K was very thorough and explained everything in detail about my eyes, vision, and what was needed to help me with reading. He made me feel like I was a patient and not just another person. The examine rooms and restrooms were very clean. A very positive experience.

Loved their new office. I've been seeing Dr. Kreitlow for many years now and this is the 1st time I've seen him in his new place. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Dr. Kreitlow is always thorough, courteous & professional. I needed new glasses, so I also spent some time with Carolina, the Optical Mgr. She helped me find frames that would suit my new lenses. I'm always satisfied going to Dr. K because he takes the time to listen to my concerns and he explains what's going on with my eyes really well.
