The gentleman that I initially talked to was extremely helpful with getting my glasses ordered and found me the best way to go as far as using my supplemental insurance benefit vs Medicare's benefit after having cataract surgery. He saved me a LOT of money by taking the time to figure that out and I'm so very grateful for that. Because of all of the restrictions that Medicare has, it was discovered that my supplemental insurance was the best path to go down. I was even able to use the coupon card which I had received in the mail just days before too! Icing on the cake!

Blown away with the exceptional, kind, experienced staff- a rarity these days. I spoke with a few of the team members and had the same pleasant, knowledgeable experience with each person. Suad repaired a pair of glasses for me, and will be ordering new frames from this store moving forward. A hidden gem of people, with so many gorgeous frames to shop from. Thanks again.

I had a great experience at this Lenscrafters location! The Optometrist was lovely and the sales team was amazing. I was there at a very chaotic time, and Andrew still managed to find me the perfect frames and provide great service. I'll definitely be back!

Excellent experience at LensCrafters! I came in with broken frames that I need for work, and the staff went above and beyond to help me quickly and kindly. My husband and I were enjoying Northtown Mall the day after Christmas, and I suggested I might stop into Lens Crafters for some help with my progressive lenses. For some reason, as my yearly exam approaches, I have had difficulty from the beginning with this pair of lenses. It is a long story of struggle, but Kade at this location was very reassuring that the glasses actually were correct, and we decided that it was most likely either a more dramatic change in vision over the last year OR that my small cataracts were causing more issues with my sight. He was very gracious and professional in a very nice open and inviting atmosphere, and he even offered to change my nose pads which had become greenish with oils and makeup over time. I left feeling so much reassured that up to the time of my appointment next year I could feel comfortable that my glasses were fitting as best they could. Thank you, Kade, for the very good service for which I offered to pay, but was given for free, from a place I would encourage others to visit if they have vision needs. HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I went into Northtown Mall in Blaine MN to purchase META Glasses from LensCrafters. Mona was the associate that approached me and was INCREDIBLY helpful, kind, kowledgable and professional. I would recommend LC and her service to any and all!! Fantastic Experience*

The Northtown, Blaine, MN store has great customer service. I'd been told, 1- incorrectly, by my insurance, that they were not in United Healthcare network, making me go to the Rosedale, MN site. Their staff seemed unable to handle quickly my frustration at the computer going down. 2- When asked for special help finding a frame that would fit my extra-large head, they didn't seem to understand, so the frames dug into my head near the ears, causing dents there & headaches. 3- they put in the pre cataract prescription, so they had to be sent back 4-MD is accurate in her testing & assessment of my need for bilateral surgery. 5- they couldn't fit the frames well when I returned 6- I went back to the Northtown store, where, in 10 minutes, Suad accurately fixed the temple area as well as the area over my nose. Please recommend that Rosedale staff get better training in fitting frames, that they, on the first try, recommend the client to come back when the lab person is there--( they finally did that on my 3rd visit to the store, which is not situated in a good place at the shopping mall.) I will ALWAYS get my service at NORTHTOWN store. I was minutes from reporting terrible service to my insurance, United Healthcare Please give NORTHTOWN AAA+++

I had a disappointing experience at this LensCrafters location. The store itself felt run-down -- not dirty, exactly, but definitely neglected, with things like peeling paint that gave off a "we don't really care" vibe. The service didn't help redeem things either. My prescription wasn't uploaded to the online portal like it was supposed to be. When I called customer service, they told me to contact the store directly. The store staff seemed confused and admitted they had no idea how to upload it -- the only option they offered was a printed copy for pickup. Not exactly convenient or helpful. On top of that, I've had one eye that slightly fluctuates in prescription over the years. In the past, other optometrists have always given me the option to get the same contacts in both eyes for simplicity. This doctor flat-out refused, even after I explained the history. It felt rigid and dismissive. I ended up going elsewhere, and surprise -- they had no problem accommodating me the way every other eye doctor has. I won't be returning here.
