Pearle Vision

PV has an amazing front desk rep! He was very helpful at assessing the problem I was experiencing with getting my focus right on my glasses. He was very patient and measured every corner of my lenses to make sure it was correctly lined up and the focusing problem goes away. The patient and attention to details really impressed me from this gentleman. All I can say is that he is a first rate professional at what he does. He made me really comfortable through the process of getting my lenses right and sending it in for a makeover. He was so sharp of a professional that I didn't complain about a do over!

I came in to simply have my glasses adjusted and having been rejected from a different business for the adjustment. The lady who helped me was both super helpful and friendly even gave me some insightful advice about one of my pairs. I didn't catch her name but she had pink hair. And even though my glasses were bought elsewhere there was absolutely no issue with doing the adjustment for me. Please let this employee know the difference she made and how amazing she was when I told her about what had just happened

Update: I am unable to comment on the reply but offering $100 out of $700 spent and she still doesn't have glasses that work. It is not her fault her prescription is complex, if you couldn't finish the job following your refund of "no questions asked" then don't advertise it or take the business. DO NOT GO HERE!!! My mother ordered glasses here and had to exchange the pair because the prescription was wrong. She went back again and the glasses still did not work for her eyes. They told her harshly that then would not be following their own 30 day return policy (even though it was the same day) and she would not be able to exchange them for a pair that works for her. My poor mother tried to wear them for a week, they didn't get any better. When she left the store clearly upset with spending hundreds of dollars and not being able to see, staff passive aggressively yelled "have a good day" at her, very sarcastically. Who treats people like this? Later on in the day feeling like she got taken advantage of, she called and asked for the owner. The person who answered asked who was calling and then when she told her, said the owner was unavailable. Extremely bad business. Disappointing that I feel like I have to attend local business appointments with my mom so that she doesn't get taken advantage of. Extremely disappointed.

Highly recommend all around! Wonderful staff from the time I checked in at the front-desk until the time I checked out. The Dr was fantastic and listened to my concerns. He was an older gentleman that knew his stuff and was also very personable. Then there was Kim. What can I say, love her! I can't say enough about all the staff there. In fact, as Kim did some paperwork the other staff jumped in and assisted me with eyeglass selections. Go Team! I sat down with Kim again. We went through my options and coverage of my insurance etc. She was knowledgeable and up front. Kim was also helpful in picking out glasses that complimented my face shape. She has a good eye for that, well she should....ask her about her eye glass collection;) She rocks! Go there you won't regret it. Great customer service, Great people, Great experience! Update 08/07/2024-Changing my rating stars to a 5 I appreciate the owner took this accountable and work this out. He went above and beyond to make sure my son can get his contact lenses by offering more trials lenses and more. All I needed was just more trial lenses so my son can see while he play soccer. I understand things happen but instead the sales person telling me NO, find out what you can do to accommodate. Thank you to the owner! I have never given a low rating for service before but this will be the first time. I took my son in for his contacts lenses exam and so on. Everything was so slow but we bare with it. We had work with the worker to get it order. 2 1/2 weeks later we call to check on the status, the worker on the phone told us that the person who did the order submitted incorrectly. They will have to resubmit the order. We say okay, so they give a set of trial since my son need to see while his order is being re process again. Now, it's been another 3 weeks past and I call, the worker say it's not there yet. I asked the worker that we will need another set of trial since my son is running low. She say no, she can't give it to us. Well, first of all its their fault for not submitting it correctly. I just have no words or any more comment on this anymore. I will not be returning to this location. First and last.

I have been going to the Blaine Pearl Vision for several years now. The staff have always been so helpful! I feel that I can trust their opinions when it comes to making my glasses selection. I have especially enjoyed working with Kim (I think that is her name, forgive me if I got it wrong). She has been there several years now, and she knows my style, even though she only sees me maybe once or twice a year! I also would like to give a shout out to Dr. Wiedemann! I very much appreciate the time she takes to make sure my vision needs are met!

After visiting a competitor, and leaving in utter frustration, I stopped at Pearle Vision. Even tho I did not have an appointment, Becky was more than willing to take me as a drop in. Her friendly disposition, helpful attitude and overall personality completely changed my day. Within 5 minutes I found a frame I loved, and even tho I needed to return the next day to place my order, Becky made me an appointment for the following day. She was waiting for me at my appointment time and I was greeted like an old friend! In less than 20 minutes, I had my glasses ordered, insurance checked and was sorry to see the appointment end as she was caring, understanding and overall showed what customer service should be! If you need help at Blaine, MN I HIGHLY suggest making an appointment with Becky! Top Notch Employee!

The first assistant that helped me was amazing! I apologize for catching her name, but I know she has been there for about 7 months. Took be back right away and answered all questions I had. Just like Dr. Allie. She gave me more advice than I have ever received. She will be my go-to everytime! Thank you all for your care and compassion
