Staff was very attentive & helpful, from the front desk checking me in, to technician Jennifer taking measurements and engaging in reassuring conversation, to assistant Afton graciously keeping me updated on wait times. Didn't mind the delay as I would prefer Dr. Reeves to take the necessary time to care for each patient. When I saw him for my cataract surgery evaluation he was personable & professional, took the time to explain options and answer my questions, and gave good counsel for the best course moving forward. I felt I was in very capable and caring hands throughout my visit.
