I stopped in to get my eyeglasses adjusted as I was in the building for an appointment. Jill was who helped me out. She is very knowledgeable and she took the time to listen to me and then fixed my frames. I will be back to purchase glasses in the future.

Total Eye Care Blaine is my go to place. Everyone is extremely helpful and kind. But let me just say that Jill is the absolute best customer oriented human. Above and beyond doesn't even begin to scratch the surface. Thank you so much for all that you do, Jill. I greatly appreciate you.

Awful customer service. I've had two appointments cancelled due to the doctor and they kept rescheduling me for months out at a time. Thus, I've now waited 10 WEEKS for an appointment and they just told me they had to cancel again! Tiffany, one of the phone individuals, was beyond rude and unhelpful. With so many eye care places in the area I would never recommend to anyone going here. I'm lucky that I just called two other eye vision businesses in Blaine and was treated so kindly. Do your research-don't go here.

I never do reviews but after thinking about it.. I thought I should. I have never been treated so shitty by an eye doctor in my life. The doctor that does the drops and all that was amazing but the actual eye doctor was rude. He was explaining to me that the reason for the wait (over an hour) is because he has clients that he has seen for their whole life and that is great and how his clients are 80-100 years old but then went on and explained that I had great vision compared to his 80 year old clients which I know my vision is not terrible but it is affecting my driving and for him to just brush me off and act like I didn't matter because I am not "older" was such bullshit. He didn't explain anything to me and just kept making comments that I have great vision even tho I can't see when I drive and things are blurry. I do have an astigmatism which I know they can't do much about but just pushing me under the rug because I don't fit in the "old" category was just not professional. I wouldn't go to this doctor or this location... I have never had any problems with being younger and getting my eyes checked.

My family wants to say a big "Thank you!" to the office staff as well as Dr Eichler at the Blaine office. My brother and mom stopped in just before 5 pm on Wednesday, 11/20/24, following another appointment in the building. My mom's vision has dramatically worsened over the past few weeks, which is very concerning. Dr. Eichler and the rest of the team stayed late to examine my mom's eyes and give her a referral to see a retinologist. As a result, we were able to schedule an appointment with the retinologist just two days later. I'm sure everyone was eager to get home following a long day at work. My family is so appreciative of their willingness to stay late. Their kindness means the world to us.

It's hard for me to give a rating on this place and I don't usually give ratings in general. I've gotten my eye glasses there the last 3 times and have always been extremely happy with them and the Doctor. I have also been more than satisfied with the people in the optical dept. where I pick out my frames and order my glasses which why I am lead to believe that it's not me, it's them. This is about my most recent pair that I just picked up this week. I get the kind with the clip on sunglasses and I had lost my clipons so when I went there to pick up my new glasses I simply asked if they had found a pair there laying around. A simple yes or no, right? But no, that would be too easy. The girl opened up my new glasses and asked me if those were them and I clarified to make sure she was asking me what I thought she was asking and she was. She actually wanted to know if the clip ons on my new glasses were the ones that I lost. Talk about not making any sense and even if they were and just in a million chances to one happened to fit my new pair then what? I still paid for a new pair so where would those have been. I was also told I would get a new case for my clip ons and she said we can't give you what we don't have and was quite rude about the whole thing. I didn't care about not getting a new case. What I did care about was being treated so rudely. And whenever I tried to explain these things to her she would say 'look, I'm not going to argue with you anymore' with a huge attitude. I think that's just something she likes to say to make whoever is on the receiving end of her abuse out to be the bad guy. I will keep going there to get my glasses though and I hope she is able to read this so she know I don't scare off so easily

It's always a great experience! I have been a patient for over 25 years. Everyone is excellent. Today, Alicia helped me get the perfect glasses.

I waited close to 45 minutes past my appointment time for my Dr to arrive from another location. Eye exam was just average, but the cost for it was $374 which is very high. On top of that they submitted my claim to my regular insurance instead of my vision insurance and I received a bill for the entire amount. Once I got that straightened out and finally received the correct bill, I tried to use their online bill pay service and it didn't work.
