Dr Field is an amazing, caring and talented doctor. He explains the cataract procedure in terms that patient will understand exactly what will occur. I am thrilled with the outcome of my surgery for cataracts. I would highly recommend Dr. Field for vision needs. The staff is very friendly and efficient also. A great experience all around.

This maybe lengthy but worth your time. My mother has been seeing Scott Schaefer for years. I drive my 92-year old mother to her appointments. Her last exam was 12/31/2025 with Twin Cities Eye in Burnsville in which he told both of us her eyesight had improved significantly so she could get need lens. I brought my mother in to TC Eye in Burnsville on 1.7.26 to get new lens. The glasses department insisted her prescription had not changed from the previous exam. I asked if they could check with Dr Schaefer. Together they couldn't figure out what happened so they asked us to schedule another eye exam. First mistake! I brought Mom in to TC Eye at Burnsville on 1.19.26 for another exam. The front desk said this appointment had to be submitted to Mom's insurance even though when scheduling they said it would be free of charge. Second mistake After examining, Scott Schaefer told us that Mom could change her lens if she wanted to read two lines better but it wasn't necessary. Mom decided she wanted to get new lens because it was clearer and easier for her to read. We got a new prescription from Dr Schaefer and walked to the glasses department. The glasses department insisted it was the same prescription as her current glasses. I asked them to connect with Scott Schaefer again. Third mistake! Scott explained what was in her current glasses was the prescription. He didn't seem to remember that he mentioned Mom COULD see better. Fourth and final mistake! We will not be returning to Scott Schaefer or Twin Cities Eye.

The people at the front desk were very nice and the attendant for the doctor was professional and accommodating.Doctor Steven's was very thorough and explained my vision situation and highly recommended cataract surgery which I agreed to go with.He's a very good ophthalmologist and I would highly recommend him.

I had cataract procedures on both my eyes early last year with Dr Ryan Johnson. I wore glasses/contacts for over 50 years, now I have 20/20 vision and don't require cheaters. I highly recommend Dr. Johnson!

This clinic is awesome! I had to wait a little past my appointment time but it was fine. The young lady that did the pre exam was really sweet and polite. I forgot her name, but she was nice. They are also very professional and engaging. I definitely recommend.

Dr. Field was very personable and explained everything to me and answered my questions. My exam was quick and thorough. I appreciate knowing my eye care is in good hands!

I was elated to get a same day appt. I was checked in very quickly, and doctor interaction was thorough but quick. I'm already seeing improvements to my infected eye after just 24 hrs on prescribed antibiotic and warm compresses.
