Apart from the terrible attitude by the staff there, the quality of the glasses I got is very questionable and already falling apart (image attached). I ordered the rest from Zeelool and they have way more options, better quality and prices.

My first time getting examined for prescription lenses, and it went quickly and efficiently! I have not gotten my glasses yet so the jury's out on the quality of the glasses, but that's more on manufacturing than the staff here. Danielle was great and got all my questions answered, letting me know what to expect! We'll see how the glasses are when they arrive, but all in all it was a good experience.

Really disappointing service here. I clearly said grey shade sunglasses with prescription but the lady has ended up making them as clear reading glasses. These are virtually useless for me now. And to change this? "Just pay $150!" Said the lady. Not going back to this location at all.

ATTENTION: DISCRIMINATORY AND HOSTILE PLACE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
When we asked for assistance in getting our glasses, a particular skinny female staff refused to help us. The discriminatory female staff then verbalized how narrow-minded and angry she was in witnessing our families speak another language, stating that "maybe if you spoke English in here, you could get glasses".
Discrimination is unacceptable, especially created by this particular staff. Many people are just trying to access basic vision care.
MANAGEMENT needs to address bias training and ensuring that staff help all customers EQUALLY.
DO NOT SUPPORT DISCRIMINATIONATORY BUSINESS. Do not waste your time and money here. Pay attention to all the LOW reviews and the poor, hostile service here!

Purchased a very expensive pair of prescription eye glasses from the Kendra Scott collection. I was very disappointed after one week, one of the side Stones fell off. Of course I glued it back on while doing that I realized just how cheaply they were made. I was also informed by one of the Kendra Scott associates that they did not even carry that stone I'm just glad I found it and believe me it was not a stone it's a small piece of plastic. If you're looking for Quality frames Kendra Scott collection is not the one. Stick to jewelry Kendra!
