I just had a vision exam at Walmart Cambridge and I am extremely pleased with my experience. This was my first time with the TeleHealth format, so I didn't know what to expect, but it was thorough, relaxed, and very comfortable. The Vision Center Manager, Jonathan, was helpful, knowledgeable, personable, and an absolute delight. Dr. Loehr that remoted in was also very nice with a friendly smile, and went the extra mile to make sure I walked out with great vision that fit my budget and overall comfort. I have used Walmart for my vision needs for over 20 years, and this was by far my best experience. Thank you!

Refused service due to closing in 25 minutes and needed time to "count money and close things up." Couldn't even be bothered to answer any questions. Absolutely ridiculous.
