I thought I was getting away from the unbelievable wait times changing my care from Dr Yoon to Dr Treacy. Not so. What exactly is the problem???? Someone seriously need to intervene with these "professionals" & fix their time management issues.
Your patients have lives, work, other appointments they need to attend to.

Was on time for appointment at 8:30 am, waited 20 minutes in lobby ,when called to the back wad told there were 4 people in front of me, not sure how that many appointments were in front of me so early in the day, was told by nurse Dr ahrens was already very behind. This is a consistent problem here, the wait times are crazy, I will never be back to this clinic, my time is just as important as dr ahrens time. This is too bad because I liked the doctor, but time management skills are horrible. Switching to essentia at this point, thank you miller creek clinic for all the aggrevation you constantly give to your clients.

I had a very pleasant experience. I took my daughter for her eye exam. Dr. Mueller is very knowledgeable, and made some very good recommendations. Joe was very patient and friendly as he conducted her eye exam. We were seen in a very timely manner. We also received free contact lens samples. They also accept health insurance for eye exams. Definitely recommend it!

Dr. Kevin Tracy, horrible experience with cataract surgery, this guy will waste your time every step of the way, hours waiting for him in clinic, wears isolation garb, but scratches his head with gloves on then touches your eye. 11 months after surgery I still have pain and it feels like there's gravel in my eye, he says you'll get used to it. Don't go see this dinosaur, he's old school and you must bow down to him. I'm sure there are better surgeons that can fix your eyes. Follow up appointment, all his surgeries for the past few days get the same appointment time, so you can just sit there in the waiting room and wait, he does not care that you have a life or a job. I complained to the clinic manager, no follow up cause they don't care either.

We went for a 4 o'clock appointment and waited well past 6 pm with an infant. No apologies and arrogance trumped hospitality. This is why we will rely on Essentia for all our medical needs. The Dr. lacks professional time management skills and common courtesy. All to wait for a 1 minute consultation.
No ophthalmologist is worth this much of a headache. Hence me writing this review; to save others several hours of their equally important time and the feelings after a pathetic healthcare experience.
