I finally needed glasses, the young lady that helped me was awesome. Helped me find the right frames, trying out many different types. She showed great patience and knowledge being I didn't know what was needed for my prescription, she helped me see again!!! It was an experience that I was nervous about and I was put at ease with her expertise. She was also concerned and price conscious and communicated very clearly on what the charges would be. A great first experience having to get glasses!! Thank you so much!!!

Well I saw they had a New Year's sale and I needed some new glasses. So I put in an order online. I then received an email back saying that I didn't specify which store. You would think the website would have asked that question or been able to sort it out based on where I was at. But that wasn't the only problem. There's a place also when you order to put in your prescriptions. Which I did. But the email also said that they needed a prescription. Then what was the point of me putting it in to begin with? So I sent a screenshot of a previous prescription. They said it was expired and not good enough. Now why on Earth would it matter what my prescription is?. They're my glasses. I should be able to order any prescription I want. I'm not buying opiates. I'm buying glasses. They refused to make my glasses without a current prescription. They gave me no other options so the order was canceled. I was trying to get these for a trip and now I get nothing. Customer lost. How lame.

Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable eye dr. That helped explain eye problems to me about my disabled brother after my eye exam. She told me of different ways they can test people's eyes when they don't communicate well. The test will show what the eye needs versus what the person says. After my appointment I picked out two pairs of glasses. One eye glasses and one safety glasses. The first pair took 8 minutes and the second pair my safety glasses only took 89 minutes. I was very pleased with their service and fast results when I was just a walk in who had a lot of time on my hands that day. Thank you

OMG! If I had known it was this easy and inexpensive to come to Eyemart, I would have done it long ago. All of the staff were friendly, from the receptionist, intake nurse, doctor, and sales personnel. My glasses were ready in 23 minutes. During my consult, I found out that I have cataracts.
