The virtual appointment with the eye doctor really took away from customer service and being able to really discuss things. The building itself was very run down and dated. The tech that did my eye tests was very nice. The lady who assisted with glasses/contacts after the appointment was not very friendly, accommodating or helpful.
I do not plan to go back.

The Kenwood vision center is fantastic. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I was greeted by Ashley for my appointment check-in and she handled my initial eye tests and gave instructions (and warnings ***puff***) perfectly. Then I met with Dr. Rebecca Weisbeck in person who gave my eye exam and I felt that she was very careful with my exam and dialed in my vision. Then, Malisa and Jacquie were a phenomenal team helping me pick out just the right pair of glasses and were happily patient as I hemmed and hawed between pairs. I felt like I was John Travolta in there picking out glasses for a movie and they really cared how I looked. Malisa took care to fix up my old glasses and line up my new lenses. I also very much enjoyed Malisa and Jacquie's festiveness for the holidays. Fun experience! Great team! This is a great place to get your eye care! -Nathan

Everything was super smooth and all of the staff were so friendly and so helpful.
Paige was a super sweet person to be greeted by while checking in and although i don't remember the dr or the lady who helps the drs name they were amazing as well. I really appreciated Megan and all of her help picking out glasses and her patience with all of my questions. Would definitely recommend this location. Thank you Kenwood staff!

The ladies at the office were awesome! But I was not impressed with the doc I saw. I did the virtual visit which was fine but he didn't even give me a chance to ask questions. Updated my script and said goodbye and hung up before I could say anything. I had questions regarding one of my eyes that i had concerns with. Not impressed. Very unprofessional. Doctors like that shouldn't get paid for those visits. I absolutely hate what had become of Healthcare. IF I go back there I will be doing a doctor in person visit.
