I've had mixed success with the optical shop. It is certainly not in a convenient location to pick up contacts or glasses. They are supposed to be open until 4:30 PM, but do not pick up the phone after 4:00 PM and you will get an "after hours" message. I usually receive what I order, but have had 2 instances when I received the wrong contacts (2 boxes for the left eye and nothing for the right eye)... Customer service has declined the last couple of years.
